A work visa that lets you come to the UK for up to 6 months to work on farms picking fruits and vegetables.
The UK government allocates ~43,000 spots per year. Farms request workers who already worked for them. New workers have very limited chances — most spots go to returning workers.
↓ Quotas decrease each year. Since 2019, most spots are filled by experienced returning workers.
To participate in the program, register on these agencies' websites:
Pro-Force & HOPS work through your country's Migration Agency (xorijdaish.uz, migrant.kg, etc). Registration opens on specific dates.
Operator sends test link by email. If you pass — in-person interview. Selection is entirely by the operator.
If selected, you get CoS. Apply on GOV.UK, provide biometrics. ~3 weeks processing.
Work assigned farm for up to 6 months. Min 32 hrs/week. Pay: £12.71/hr (2026).
Selection is FREE. Legitimate operators never charge for job offers. Do NOT pay third parties or intermediaries. You will lose your money.
Only visa fee (£340 paid on GOV.UK) + flight ticket. Operators never charge for recruitment. Do NOT pay intermediaries.
Minimum £12.71/hour (2026). Most workers earn more with piece-rate pay. Guaranteed min 32 hours/week. Housing deducted from salary.
Visa is for max 6 months, cannot be extended. No dependants allowed. You must return home when the contract ends.
Work well, follow rules, no conflicts. If the farm is satisfied, they will request you again next year. Returning workers have priority.
Picking fruits and vegetables, planting, packaging, greenhouse work, tunnel construction. Some farms need forklift/tractor drivers.
